We conduct intensive assessments of senior leadership teams. Our assessments are used to give honest, constructive feedback to individuals and groups to enhance their performance through interpersonal skills, collaboration, open-mindedness, emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

 

Assessments rely on a combination of clinical interviews, questionnaires and observation whilst immersed in the organisation’s culture and practices. The goal is to help the leadership team work collaboratively and effectively toward a shared purpose.
